At The New Old Town, our auctions are an extension of the same carefully curated experience customers enjoy in our store. Each sale features a thoughtfully selected mix of antiques, vintage finds, collectibles, décor, and one-of-a-kind pieces sourced from estates and private collections.

Alongside our general curated sales, we host specialty auctions highlighting categories like vintage toys, advertising, primitives, art, memorabilia, and other niche collector markets. Whether you’re a seasoned collector, reseller, or treasure hunter, our auctions bring exceptional pieces to market in an exciting and accessible format.

Buyer’s Premium

• A 13% buyer’s premium is added to all winning bids. This helps cover auction administration, cataloging, photography, and secure bidding services.

Pickup Information

Appointment Pickup

• Monday following each auction — 3:00pm to 6:30 PM
  
• Pickup is by appointment to ensure quick and organized service.

In-Store Pickup

• Saturday following each auction — 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM
  
• Stop by during store hours to collect your items.
• Please bring ID and your bidder invoice confirmation.
  

Shipping Information

We offer professional, secure shipping on select items (look for truck icon next to shippable items).

Handling Fee

• A $5 handling fee per package applies. This covers quality packing materials and processing.

Shipping Cost

• Shipping charges are based on size, weight, and destination. Buyers will receive a shipping invoice once items are packed and measured.

Payment

• Shipping must be paid before items are dispatched (when applicable)

Processing Time

• Orders ship within 3–5 business days after the auction date.

International Shipping

• (When applicable) Buyers are responsible for customs, duties, and taxes.
